Senior Affiliate Manager
Aspire Media Group is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager!
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter
that can work autonomously and be as comfortable handling details as well as
thinking about the big picture. Aspire is highly data-centric, so we are looking
for a metrics-oriented person capable of interpreting campaign results. We also
need the affiliate marketing manager to test, measure and apply the analyses of
the full impact of campaigns to continually improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution for the affiliate channel to achieve
revenue growth targets.
- Daily management and optimization of our existing affiliate program
- Manage and grow affiliate relationships through ongoing communication,
mentoring, creative promos, etc.
- Negotiate placements, collaborations, exclusives.
- Work with graphic design to wireframe & create landing pages
- Review, interpret, and act on campaign results
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within new verticals, for new
affiliate relationships and across new verticals.
- Provide creative ideas to the affiliate team on growing existing affiliate accounts.
- Establish KPI’s for reporting for the successes achieved in our affiliate
marketing promotions and activity.
- Research partner strategies and make data-informed recommendations for new campaigns.
- Monitor and report on competitor’s affiliate campaigns and promotions.
- Be an active member of the high-performing, highly collaborative e-Commerce team.
Continually look for new ways to do our jobs better, improve our materials, and support
the team in its efforts.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Who we’re looking for:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years Affiliate Marketing experience in
e-commerce and nutra products.
- Someone who is tactically focused and detail oriented yet understands the
big picture and strategy to have a large impact on their part of the business.
- Experience running a moderate to high volume of concurrent affiliate offers
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Affiliate Manager
Aspire Media Group is looking for an Affiliate Manager!
We are looking to hire a driven individual to help
manage the accounts of new affiliates. A Junior Affiliate Manager’s primary role
will be to approve or decline affiliate applications, and introduce affiliates to
the network, setting them up for eventual success. You will be educated on the
performance marketing industry, and work closely with other managers/co-founders
of the company to assist them in any operational need. This position is entry level,
great for recent graduates looking for growth opportunities. Post-secondary
education, experience with account management, sales, digital marketing, or
affiliate marketing is considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct introductory phone interviews and oversee applications of new affiliates;
- Research and analyze campaigns to suggest to affiliate managers on a case-per-case basis;
- Manage and assist affiliates by promptly answering questions and working
together to solve issues they may encounter;
- Practice strict compliance and ensure all affiliates are meeting Aspire Media Group guideline
Who we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and oral communication in English. Mandarin is an asset.
- Someone who is tactically focused and detail oriented yet understands

- Excel proficiency is required (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)

Junior Accountant
Aspire Media Group is looking for a Junior Accountant!
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter
that can work autonomously and be as comfortable handling details as well as
thinking about the big picture. Aspire is highly data-centric, so we are looking
for someone who understands business, margins, and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the books of 2 operating accounts and 6 holding companies.
- Work with the team to properly code invoices to ultimately better understand margins;
- Monthly/quarterly GST remittances;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Reconciliation of multiple merchant accounts;
- Accounts payable, printing cheques, setting up wires, etc.;
- Monthly financial reporting;
Who we’re looking for:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Someone who understands margins vs. profit, and matching expenses with revenues.
- Someone who has experience with merchant account reconciliations.
- Ability to take initiative and follow-up with required parties to get this information you need.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Internal Media Buyer
Aspire Media Group is looking for an Internal Media Buyer!
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter

for a metrics-oriented person capable of interpreting campaign results. We also
need the media buyer to test, measure and apply the analyses of the full impact
of campaigns to continually improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new media buying opportunities;
- Manage campaign through set-up and execution, optimization and analytics, and budget management;
- Manage Google, Facebook, Bing, Outbrain etc.
- Strong knowledge of how to monetize Social media platforms;
- Create systems and structures for scalability and growth;
- Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics;
- Work in collaboration with multiple parties to drive customer acquisition strategy;
- Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creatives and landing pages;
- Maintain strong relationships with industry key players sponsors and publishers;
- Assist with compiling monthly reports of campaign performance metrics.
